Our website is hosted by our Processor (pursuant to Art. 4 no. 8 of the GDPR), 1&1 IONOS, 1&1 IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany.

Technical communication data are processed to prepare and deliver our website. The data collected for this purpose are not stored after the website has been accessed.

The legal basis for this processing pursuant to Article 6 (1) letter f of the GDPR is the legitimate interest in data that are absolutely necessary for technically preparing and delivering the services you expressly request by accessing the service “Website”.

To operate the website, communication data and other personal data are also processed by various other functions or services. This privacy policy provides detailed information on the individual functions and services.

You may use the contact form on our website to contact us directly. After you send the form and thereby provide your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) letter a of the GDPR, the controller processes the personal data you have provided to respond to your enquiry.
You have no legal or contractual obligation to provide your personal data. If you do not provide your personal data, the only consequence is that you cannot transmit your enquiry and we accordingly cannot respond.

Conditional upon your consent, we process your personal data using YouTube, Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, as joint Controllers for the purpose of playing videos on our website.

We permit the service to collect communication data, data from your web browser and information on cookies. By placing advertising cookies, Google can create an individual user-ID for each user. These personal data that can be used to clearly identify the user are then processed in the advertising network operated by Google.

Google transmits your personal data to the USA. The legal basis for transferring data to the USA is your consent pursuant to Art. 49 (1) letter a in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) letter a of the GDPR. You were informed prior to granting your consent that the USA does not have the same high level of data protection as the EU. In particular, US intelligence agencies may access your data without informing you and you do not have any legal recourse. The European Court of Justice accordingly ruled that the adequacy decision (EU-US Privacy Shield) was invalid.

The legality of data processing prior to your objection is not affected by your objection.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw at any time any consent you have granted by changing your privacy settings.

If you agree to receive electronic advertising you may withdraw your consent by clicking on the unsubscribe link. In this case, we will cease to process your data unless there is another legal basis for doing so.

The legality of data processing prior to your withdrawal remains unaffected by your withdrawal.

You also have the right to obtain information regarding your personal data and to request that your personal data be corrected, deleted or the we limit processing.
